You babyproofed your home, now it's time to babyproof your body! Are you wanting to keep active, but aren't sure how to safely get back to activities after delivery? Whether you hope to return to high-level activities such as running or hiit, or just want to know how to do typical childcare activities without hurting your body, the Core Dynamics Postpartum Healing Program is tailored just for you.
$200 for 1.5 hours 1:1 with a physical therapist specializing in postpartum and orthopedic health.
$125 for 55 min follow-up session
TLC Package: $650 Includes initial evaluation and 4 follow up session. This is perfect for a Mama with pain, pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, or diastasis recti who wants skilled progression, treatment, and monitoring of symptoms so she can safely return to activity.

What you can expect during the session:
Crystal Hazelton, PT, OCS, will arrive at your home with a treatment table. First, she will review your medical history and ask how you are doing with everyday activities and what you hope to get back to.
Goal Setting
We discuss your Postpartum Concerns. Common concerns include: Diastasis Recti. Bladder Function. Pelvic Organ Prolapse. Return to Running. Return to Exercise. Pain in Low Back, Sacroiliac Joint, Hip, Neck, Shoulder, Wrist, Knee & Ankle. What do you want to improve?
Includes injury screen and referral discussion. Core Dynamics has relationships with top providers including Nutritionists, Family Therapists, Psychologists, Wellness Coaches, OBGYN, Orthopedic Surgeons, Pain Specialists, Urologists, & Urogynecologists.
Core Assessment
How are your abdominal muscles, back muscles, and pelvic floor muscles working?
Ultrasound Imaging
Watch how, when, and if your muscles are working! This powerful tool helps you learn to use your core muscles correctly so you can get the most out of exercise.
Alignment
How is your posture at rest and with daily tasks?
Massage
20 min therapeutic massage because we all need a little TLC postpartum!
Safety Assessment with Childcare Activities
Whether you are at home full-time or part-time, your work duties as a Mom are labor intensive! You will get a full ergonomic assessment of how you change a diaper, put your baby in bed, feed your baby, fold and lift your stroller, and transfer baby in/out of your car.
Plan of Action
A tailored exercise list is issued with action items to help prevent injuries as a new Mom and help you feel stronger!
Follow-up Sessions
55 min follow-up sessions are designed to check in on technique and progress your program.
