Crystal Hazelton is an Orthopedic Certified Specialist Physical Therapist with over thirteen years of experience. She is especially passionate about helping active women prevent and recover from injury. She utilizes compassion and current knowledge of evidence-based best practices that give faster and more complete results, helping her clients feel BETTER!

While in physical therapy school, she developed an affinity for empowering pregnant women and then decided to delve further into pelvic floor rehabilitation through specialty classes in Women's Health wile training under a Urogynecologist. As a Mom herself, she is particularly passionate about helping pre and postnatal women live a pain and dysfunction free life. She believes the concepts of orthopedics, including manual therapy and exercise prescription work nicely with healing the whole person.

She currently treats athletes of all levels with both orthopedic and pelvic injuries including:

  • Active Duty Military at the Naval Medical Center San Diego


  • Dancers: Broadway Traveling Performers, professional, pre-professional, and beginners


  • People with hypermobility dysfunction

  • Women with pelvic dysfunction (pain/incontinence/prolapse)

  • Women in prenatal and postpartum stages
